甘草等五味中药对猪链球菌Ⅱ型的抗菌活性试验 被引量:3

摘要 为验证清热解毒类中药对猪链球菌的抗菌活性。采用不同的提取方法验证甘草、黄连、秦皮、黄柏、金银花的水提物和乙醇提取物对猪链球菌Ⅱ型的抗菌活性。结果表明,甘草醇提物的效果最理想,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为4.13 mg/mL,而水提物对猪链球菌Ⅱ型的MIC为40.63 mg/mL,表明甘草的醇提物对猪链球菌Ⅱ型的体外抑菌效果比其水提物显著。黄连醇提物对猪链球菌Ⅱ型的MIC为28.13 mg/mL,显著低于水提物对猪链球菌Ⅱ型的MIC为87.50 mg/mL。秦皮水提物为68.75 mg/mL,秦皮醇提物为175.0 mg/mL,表明秦皮的水提物比其醇提物对猪链球菌Ⅱ型效果显著。而黄柏、金银花的不同提取物对猪链球菌Ⅱ型的抑制作用差异性不显著(P>0.05)。 This study was designed to test the antimicrobial activity on streptococcus suis. The antibacterial activity of the water ethanol extract from radix glycyrrhiza, rhizoma coptidis, flos tonicerae japonicae, cortex phcllodendri chinensis and cortex fraxin on streptococcus suis Ⅱ was detected by different methods. According to the results, ethanol extract from radix glycyrrhiza had the most ideal effect and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 4.13 mg/ML, but the MIC of water extract from radix glycyrrhiza was 40.63 mg/mL.The result indicated that ethanol extract from radix glycyrrhiza had better effect on streptococcus suis Ⅱ than water extract. The MIC of ethanol extract from rhizoma coptidis was 28.13 mg/mL, significantly lower than the 87.50 mg/mL of water extract. The MIC of water extract from cortex fraxini was 68.75 mg/mL,while ethanol extract was175.0 mg/mL. The result indicated that water extract from cortex fraxini had better effect on streptococcus suis Ⅱ than ethanol extract. Aceording to the result, MIC of water extract and ethanol extract from cortex phellodendri and honeysuckle has no significant difference on streptococcus suis Ⅱ.
