摘要
由于Ga3+具有明显的抗癌活性且毒副作用小,66/67/68 Ga放射活性适中,Schiff碱配体具有良好的抑菌抗癌活性,因此Schiff碱镓配合物的研究备受关注,其中N4O2、N3O3、N2S2、N4S2型Schiff碱是镓配合物的研究重点.综述了Schiff碱镓配合物生物活性(抗癌活性、抗菌活性、显像活性)的研究进展,为镓抗癌药物、抗菌药物、放射性药物的研究提供参考.
Since Ga3+ has significant anticancer activity and low toxicity, ^66/67/68 Ga has moderate radioactivity, and Schiff base ligands have good antibacterial anticancer activity, the study of Schiff bases gallium complexs have attracted our attention, especially N4O_2、N_3O_3、N_2S_2、N_4S_2Schiff base complexes. We reviewed the research progress of biological activity of Schiff bases gallium complexs, such as anticancer activity, antibacterial activity, imaging activity. It provided reference for the research of gallium anticancer drugs, antibacterial drugs, and radioactive drugs.
