摘要
为探索利用热释光技术鉴别低剂量电子束辐照鸭梨的可行性,本文研究了经100~900Gy辐照处理后鸭梨表面的热释光强度,结果表明,选用参比剂量400Gy,结合发光曲线形状,选取发光曲线面积积分温度区间70~280±20℃,发光比厂值0.10作为检疫辐照鸭梨的判定闽值,可以定性鉴别低于900Gy的检疫辐照鸭梨,即当f值大于等于0.10,第一次发光强度在温度小于250℃时出现峰值,则判定样品经过辐照处理;当厂值小于0.10时,或第一次发光强度在温度小于250℃范围没有峰值,则判定样品未经辐照。热释光分析法可用于低剂量电子束检疫辐照鸭梨的定性鉴别。
In order to research the identification of low dose irradiated Ya pear by thermoluminescence (TL) measurement, TL intensity of 100 -900 Gy quarantine irradiated Ya pears by electron beam was studied. The result showed that TL measurement can qualitatively identify quarantine irradiated pears below 900 Gy connecting with the shape of glow curve, selecting 400 Gy as the fixed known dose of radiation, 70 - (280± 20) ℃ degrees as the glow curve area integral' s temperature range, TL glow ratio 0.10 as a threshold to identify the irradiated pears. Namely, when f value greater than or equal to 0. 10, and the first TL intensity peak shows below 250℃ , it means irradiated; when the f value is less than 0. 10, or no peak below 250℃ , it was unirradiated. The thermoluminescenee analysis can qualitatively identify irradiated Ya pears by electron beam.
