摘要
针对某大型冷库设计要求,选用了3个不同厂家生产的不同防火涂料喷涂到保温材料硬质聚氨酯泡沫板材上,进行了一系列的试验研究。主要针对其低温性能,并结合燃烧性能,对防火涂料进行了改进,得到新型防火涂料,使其样板在-18℃的冰柜中冷冻72 h后并浸泡在冷水中24 h后不起泡不脱落,同时仍拥有很好的防火效果,达到了防火等级要求,为低温环境防火涂料的制备探索了方法。
In this paper, based on a large refrigerator design requirements, three different fire retardant coatings pro-duced by different manufacturers are selected to use in thermal insulation materials of rigid polyurethane foam sheet, and a series of experiments are conducted based on the quality of the low temperature performance, and of the com- bustion performance in order to obtain an improve material, which produces no blistering off in the ice minus 18 ℃ in frozen 72 h and when soaked in cold water after 24 h, and which still fulfills the fire rating requirements.
