摘要 为了更有效地确定危险化学品事故现场警戒范围,提出一种基于案例推理技术的危险化学品事故现场警戒范围划分办法。通过对影响危险化学品灾害事故后果、发展程度、发展方向的特征要素的分析,确定了基于案例特征要素的案例表示方法。针对实现危险化学品事故现场警戒范围确定这一决策目的,采用了层次分析法对案例特征要素赋权。最后基于最邻近算法,实现了案例的匹配。参考案例库中匹配案例的警戒范围划分方法,为当前案例提供指导,对危险化学品事故现场警戒范围确定有一定借鉴意义。 In order to determine the alert range of chemical accident scenes more effectively. This paper presents a method of determining the outpost area of the accident scene, which is based on the case - based reasoning technolo- gy. Clear and definite representations of cases are made based on the characteristic elements of cases, through an a- nalysis of the characteristic elements of cases which influence the consequences of disasters. For the purpose of de- termining the scope of the alert range, the analytic hierarchy process is used to measure the characteristic elements of the case empowerment. Finally, matching cases is realized based on the most approaching algorithm to provide the guide for determining the outpost limits of the chemical accident scene.
