大型商业综合体建筑消防监督审核的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Fire Supervision of Large Commercial Complexes

近年来在国内的大、中型城市,大型商业综合体建筑的数量呈几何级增长,可是相应的消防规范的制定却没能跟上建筑形式和建筑规模的发展。简要分析了对大型商业综合体建筑进行建筑消防审核时遇到的一些问题,结合规范和工程实例的通常做法,对各种方案进行比对,最终总结出相应对策。

Recent years witnesses the geometrical increase of large commercial complexes in large or medium-sized cities. However, fire prevention standards fall behind the development of these complexes. This paper analyzes some problems with fire prevention check of these complexes and suggests some measures based on real engineering cases.
