八正散联合左氧氟沙星治疗骨折术后院内感染性尿路感染随机平行对照研究

Clinical Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Bazheng San and Levofloxacin on Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection in Hospital After Fracture Operation

[目的]观察八正散联合左氧氟沙星治疗骨折后院内感染性尿路感染疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将32例住院患者简单随机分为两组,均清淡饮食、多饮水、勤排尿、抗感染治疗。对照组16例左氧氟沙星0.2g+0.9%生理盐水100mL,静滴,2次/d。治疗组16例八正散(车前子20g,瞿麦,山栀子各15g,扁蓄10g,滑石5g,木通3g,煨大黄5g,灯心草8g,炙甘草10g),1剂/d,水煎2次,浓煎100 mL/次,早晚饭后温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肝肾功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程。判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈5例,显效7例,有效4例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组痊愈3例,显效6例,有效5例,无效1例,脱落1例,总有效率87.5%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]八正散联合左氧氟沙星治疗骨折后院内感染性尿路感染,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[ Results ] The cure five cases, 7 cases were markedly effective in 4 cases, 0 cases, the total efficiency of 100%. The control group recovered three cases, effective in 6 cases, 5 cases, one case, one case of loss, the total efficiency of 87.5%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Bazheng san combined treatment of fractures nosocomial urinary tract infections, results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
