定眩益脑汤治疗痰瘀阻滞型慢性脑供血不足随机平行对照研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]观察定眩益脑汤治疗痰瘀阻滞型慢性脑供血不足疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为3组。西药组30例倍他司汀,8mg/次,3次/d。中成药组30例益脉康胶囊,0.3g/次,3次/d。治疗组30例定眩益脑汤(法半夏12g,白术15g,绞股蓝18g,天麻10g,丹参15g,茯苓20g,三七粉吞服2g,大血藤15g,生姜2片,甘草6g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早中晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观察临床症状、血脂水平、hs-CRP血清超敏C蛋白、中医证侯疗效指数。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。西药组显效9例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率66.70%。中成药组显效8例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率63.30%。血脂及hs-CRP三组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]定眩益脑汤治疗痰瘀阻滞型慢性脑供血不足效果显著,值得推广。 [ Objective ] Dingxuan Yinao Treated Phlegm blocking effect of chronic cerebral insufficiency. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 90 cases of inpatient and outpatient treatment order numbers were randomly divided into three groups. Western group of 30 patients betahistine, 8mg / time, 3 times / d. Chinese medicine group of 30 patients Yimaikang capsules, 0.3g / time, 3 times / d. Treatment group of 30 patients Dingxuan Yinao soup ( France Pinellia 12g, Bai Zhu 15g, Jiaogulan 18g, Tianma 10g, Salvia 15g, Poria 20g, notoginseng powder swallow 2g, euneata 15g, ginger 2, licorice 6g);1 /d, decoction 200mL, early in the evening orally. 30d is a continuous course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, blood lipid levels, hs-CRP serum high sensitivity C protein, TCM syndrome efficacy index. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 15 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 90.00%. WM group were 9 cases, 10 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency of 66.70%. Chinese medicine group 8 cases, 10 cases, 12 cases, the total efficiency of 63,30%. Lipid and hs-CRP were improved in the three groups ( P〈0.01 ), improvement in the treatment group than the control group ( P〈0.01 ) . [ Conclusion ] Dingxuan Yinao Treated Phlegm block type CCCI significant effect and should be introduced.
