天麻钩藤饮治疗腔隙性脑梗塞17例临床观察

[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮治疗腔隙性脑梗塞疗效。[方法]对17例门诊及住院患者使用天麻钩藤饮(天麻先煎30g,钩藤后下15g,石决明先煎30g,栀子、杜仲各15g,桑寄生、灯盏花各20g,僵蚕15g,蝉衣10g,紫贝齿先煎30g,怀牛膝15g);1剂/d,水煎300mL,餐后口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈15例,好转2例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]天麻钩藤饮治疗腔隙性脑梗塞效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] 15 cases were cured, better in 2 cases, 0 no effect, the total effective rate was 100.00%. [ Conclusion ] Gastrodia elata uncaria drink treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
