养阴清肺方治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察养阴清肺方治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将115例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组57例15mg氨溴索注射液+250mL生理盐水,2次/d,静滴;支原体肺炎,阿奇霉素10mg/(kg·d)+250mL生理盐水,1次/d,静滴;非支原体肺炎,头孢哌酮钠100mg+250mL生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。治疗组58例养阴清肺方(麦芽20g,瓜蒌10g,白扁豆9g,黄柏5g,车前仁8g,沙参11g,紫菀14g,姜半夏10g,山楂8g,桑叶10g,陈皮15g,旋覆花13g,藿香9g,麦冬10g,甘草5g);1剂/d,水煎600mL,3次/d。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈37例,显效12例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率96.55%。对照组痊愈20例,显效16例,有效8例,无效13例,总有效率77.49%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状、体征治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]养阴清肺方治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽效果显著,值得推广。
