四逆散治疗功能性消化不良伴抑郁症随机平行对照研究

In the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Si-ni-san Depression Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察四逆散治疗功能性消化不良伴抑郁症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例多潘立酮片,10mg/次,3次/d,餐前30min口服。氟哌塞吨美利曲辛片,1片/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组40例四逆散(柴胡、枳实各12g,白术18g,白芍10g,陈皮12g,大腹皮20g,郁金12g,茯神20g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、HAMD积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效20例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈14例,显效18例,有效2例,无效6例,总有效率85.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。HAMD积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]四逆散治疗功能性消化不良伴抑郁症效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous treatment of 30d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, HAMD integral, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Results ]The treatment group （ 15 cases cured, 20 cases were markedly improved, 3 cases ineffective in 2 cases, and total effective rate was 95.00%. Control group 14 cases of recovery, 18 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 85.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05） . HAMD score in the two groups were improved （P〈O.05）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] Flavored with four functional dyspepsia with depression effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
