羌菊蜈蝎汤治疗风湿痹痛、顽固性头痛

Qiang Ju Centipede Scorpion Decoction Fengshibitong,Intractable Headache

[目的]观察羌菊蜈蝎汤治疗风湿痹痛、顽固性头痛疗效。[方法]将70例门诊患者按证型分组。顽固性头痛组40例羌菊蜈蝎汤(羌活、白菊花、天麻、川芎、僵蚕各10g、全蝎3g、蜈蚣5g),1剂/d,水煎3次,180mL/次,早晚口服;辨证分型加减。风湿痹痛组30例羌菊蜈蝎汤,1剂/d,水煎3次,180mL/次,早晚口服;辨证分型加减。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]顽固性头痛组痊愈25例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。风湿痹痛组痊愈16例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。[结论]羌菊蜈蝎汤治疗风湿痹痛、顽固性头痛效果显著,值得推广。
