摘要 近年我国饮食结构变化,摄入肉食、奶制品、油炸品比例高,肥甘之物内里生热,壅滞脾气易发消渴。滞腻食物,损害脾胃,致脾胃气虚,运化无权,痰浊内生,痰热交结。不科学烹饪方法,烧烤及反复高温油炸可产生有害甚至致癌性物质,滋补汤中随意地加用黄芪、党参、元肉、枸杞子、红枣等温热性药材,使食品温热性增加;烹饪食物的调味品过量使用,食品油脂过多、燥热性、腻滞性增加脾胃负担,损伤脾胃而变生他病,这也是形成具有湿热内阻、痰热交结、邪毒炽盛等病机特点疾病的原因。整治环境污染、改善人类生存环境是解决这些问题的根本办法。生产、加工食物过程中以健康为首要目标,淡薄经济因素,以五谷杂粮为主食,减少采用炸、煎、爆炒等方法,减少温热佐料应用;清热除湿、清热化痰、清热解毒中药中对国人健康有益。 In recent years, China's diet structure change, the intake of meat, dairy products, Fried product ratio is high, fat thing inside heating, indicates lag prone to diabetes, temper.
