真武汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Trial of Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

[目的]观察真武汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法。将106例门诊患者按随机数字法分为两组。对照组53例西药治疗，地高辛、速尿、卡托普利、倍他乐克等药物治疗。治疗组53例真武汤（炮附子10g，白术、茯苓各15g，芍药25g，甘草5g），1剂／d，水煎100mL，早晚口服；气虚明显加党参30g或人参10g：血瘀严重加当归15～30g，红花10g；阴虚明显加沙参、麦冬各10g；肾虚明显加肉苁蓉10g；咳喘明显加桔梗、川贝母、杏仁各10g：西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心功能、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程．判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例，有效30g4，无效2例，总有效率96．23％。对照组痊愈15例。有效26例，无效12例，总有效率77．46％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]真武汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著．值得推广．

[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 106 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control treatment group of 53 cases. Digoxin and furosemide, Kato Pury, betaloc and other drug treatment. The treatment group of 53 cases of Zhenwu Decoction （ Paofuzi 10g, Baizhu, Fuling each 15g, Shaoyao 25g, Ganeao 5g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 100mL, sooner or later oral;Qi was added to 30g or 10g of Ginseng Radix Codonopsis ; blood stasis serious plus Angelica 15 〈 30g, safflower 10g;Yin deficiency significantly Adenophora, Ophiopogon j aponieus 10g;kidney deficiency significantly Cistanche 10g;cough obvious plus Platycodon grandiflorum, Sichuan fritillary bulb, almond 10g. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, cardiac function, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 21 cases, effective 30 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.23%. The control group cured 15 cases, effective 26 cases, invalid 12 cases, the total efficiency of 77.46%. The treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic heart failure significantly effect, is worthy to be popularized.
