清热方联合西药治疗小儿肺炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察清热方联合西药治疗小儿肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将30例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组15例病毒唑250mg＋5％葡萄糖液250mL，1次/d，静滴。普米克．1次／d．泵雾化吸入：香丹注射10mL＋5％葡萄糖液，1次/d，静滴；喘息严重加博利康尼，5mg／次，3次/d。治疗组15例清热方（甘草6g，炙麻黄3g，桔梗、杏仁各6g，金银花9g，半夏、连翘各6g，生石膏15g，桑白皮8g；痰热壅肺加桃仁6g，全栝萎、葶苈子各10g，莱菔子6g，红花3g，知母6g，生石膏增至20g；风寒闭肺将杏仁加至9g，炙麻黄加至5g，细辛1．5g；风热闭肺菊花6g，板蓝根10g，生地黄9g，黄芩6g；便秘加大黄2g；1剂／d，水煎300mL，较重者2剂／d．2～3次分服：西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈9例．有效4例，无效2例，总有效率96．32％。对照组痊愈5例，有效4例，无效6例，总有效率33．25％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。[结论]清热方联合西药治疗小儿肺炎效果显著，值得推广．
