血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗眼底出血随机平行对照研究

Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Eyeground Hemorrhage Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗眼底出血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将262例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组131例西药治疗。治疗组131例血府逐瘀汤(桃仁12g,红花、当归、生地、牛膝各10g,赤芍、甘草、枳壳各6g,川芎5g,桔梗、柴胡各3g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服;伴有急性视神经炎,视网膜静脉周围炎及视网膜中央静脉阻塞加天麻,杜仲,钩藤,石决明;病情稳定加鳖甲,龟板,三棱,莪术,昆布;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、眼底出血、视力、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈66例,显效20例,有效36例,无效9例,总有效率93.13%。对照组痊愈31例,显效34例,有效35例,无效31例,总有效率76.34%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血府逐瘀汤对不同原发病引起眼底出血疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗眼底出血效果显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with western medicine in treating eyeground hemorrhage. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 262 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control treatment group of 131 cases. The treatment group of 131 cases of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction（Taoren 12g, Honghua, Dangui, Shengdi, Niuteng each 10g, Chishao, Gancao, Jike each 6g, Chuanxiong 5g, Jiegeng, Chaihu each 3g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 400mL, sooner or later oral;accompanied by acute optic neuritis, retinal periphlebitis and visual net film central vein occlusion with Tianma, Duzhong, Shijuerning;stable condition with Aojia, Guiban, Sanleng, Woshu, Kunbu;western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, curative effect, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 66 cases, effective in 20 cases, effective 36 cases, invalid 9 cases, the total efficiency of 93.13%. The control group cured 31 cases, effective in 34 cases, effective 35 cases, invalid 31 cases, the total efficiency of 76.34%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on different primary diseases fundus hemorrhage equivalent （ P〉 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with western medicine in treating eyeground hemorrhage effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
