穴位注射联合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症97例临床观察

[目的]观察穴位注射联合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]对97例门诊患者用穴位注射配合手法治疗，穴位注射疗法：取阿是穴、环跳、承扶、足三里、三阴交等穴，注射维生素B12、当归注射液，找到针感后适量注入药液约1～2mL，休息10min后行手法治疗，手法包括滚法、按法、拿法等，取命门、肾俞、腰阳关，用肘压环跳、承扶、委中等穴，1次／d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治愈67例，显效33例，无效4例，总有效率95．88％。[结论]穴位注射联合推拿手法治疗椎间盘效果显著，值得推广。
