"夫脉当取太过不及,阳微阴弦,即胸痹而痛;所以然者,责其极虚也,今阳虚知在上焦,所以胸痹心痛者,以其阴弦也"。痰浊血瘀,心脉痹阻不通为基本病机,新病多以邪实为主,久病多由实转虚,或虚实夹杂。实证有痰阻心脉、气滞心胸、心血瘀阻证、寒凝心脉证;虚证包括心气亏虚、心阴不足、心肾阳虚证,以痰浊血瘀为主,并伴有阳虚。方剂治疗有归脾汤、袁氏镇心痛、邓氏冠心胶囊、调脾护心法等。

Prescription for treating include spleen-strengthening decoction, Yuanshi Zhenxintong, Deng＇s coronal heart capsule, regulatory of the spleen and protecting the heart, and so on.
