摘要
培养师范生的专业实践能力是师范教育的归结点。师范生专业实践能力是指师范生胜任专业性教育实践所需要的一系列能力的有机综合。在专业整合的视野中,师范生实践能力的"三要素"是专业愿景、专业眼光与专业技能,三者构成了一种涵摄式结构。从单项实训走向专业整合,着力培养师范生的"专业人"胜任力是当代师范生专业实践能力培养体系转变的必由之路。未来师范生专业实践能力培养体系的变革方向是:从力促教育实践成功的角度科学定位实践能力培养目标,坚持从教师职场角度调整培养思路,立足行业融合理念调整师范生实训课程体系。
Fostering normal students' practical ability is the ultimate goal of all the normal education. Normal stu- dents' professional practical ability is the organic integration of a series of abilities required of normal students in their pro- fessional educational practice. From the perspective of specialty integration, the "three key elements" of normal students' practical ability include professional prospects, professional vision and professional skills, constituting a culvert-perturba- tion structure. It is the necessary road for the mechanism change of fostering normal students' professional practical ability to realize the shift from the individual training to the integration of specialties in cultivating normal students' competency as the "professional persons". The future trend is to position the training objectives in a scientific way from the perspective of ensuring the success of educational practice, to adjust the thoughts from the perspective of teacher career, and to modify the curriculum system from the perspective of industry convergence.
