摘要
针对中美政府信息质量的法规,从法律界定、审查机制、法律执行体系、法律实施效果等方面进行比较,提出完善我国政府信息质量法律规范的建议,包括明确政府信息质量标准的定义,规范现有政府信息质量法规,加快单行信息质量法的制定,完善社会评议制度,指定专门机构定期评估政府信息质量,提高政府工作人员的信息质量意识。
Legal norms of government information quality in China and United States are compared in legal definition, review mechanism, enforcement system, and enforcement effectiveness. It proposes the suggestion that China should establish and improve the government information quality law which includes increasing a clear definition of government information quality standards, specifying existing legal norms of government information quality, developing the Information Quality Act, improving social appraisals, specifying specialized agencies to regularly assess the quality of government information, and improving government officials＇information quality awareness.
