摘要
文章采用组合模拟雷电流分量B、C、D,对飞机上常用的碳/环氧层压结构和碳/环氧NOMEX蜂窝夹芯结构的复合材料板进行雷电损伤试验研究,并对比研究复合材料板表面贴铜网与表面涂PUB抗静电涂料防护方式的雷电防护能力。试验后采用超声C扫描对复合材料板雷电损伤的情况进行分析,结果表明:碳/环氧NOMEX蜂窝夹芯结构的复合材料板雷电损伤比碳/环氧层压复合材料板小;表面贴铜网防护方式的损伤比表面涂PUB抗静电涂料防护方式的小,特别是碳/环氧NOMEX蜂窝夹芯结构复合材料板,表面贴铜网效果显著。
The complex simulated lightning current of component B ,C and D is used to perform experi-mental research on the lightning damage of composite material plates of carbon/epoxy laminated struc-ture and carbon/epoxy NOMEX honeycomb sandwich structure ,which are commonly used by plane . The lightning protection ability of the composite material plate adhered with surface copper wire net-ting is compared with that coated with PUB antistatic paint .The ultrasonic C scanning is used to ana-lyze the lightning damage of the composite material plates .The results show that the lightning dam-age area of composite material plates of carbon/epoxy NOMEX honeycomb sandwich structure is smaller than that of the carbon/epoxy laminated composite plates ,and the damage area of the plate adhered with surface copper wire netting is smaller than that of the one coated with PUB antistatic coating .Especially for the composite material plate of carbon/epoxy NOMEX honeycomb sandwich structure ,the effect of protection with surface copper wire netting is remarkable .
