摘要
ETFE材料重量轻、透光率高、自洁性好、具有阻燃性,是一种可用于建筑围护系统中的新型建筑薄膜材料。根据支撑结构的不同,ETFE幕墙可分为框式薄膜幕墙和点支式薄膜幕墙。运用ANSYS软件对5个框式幕墙模型进行找形和荷载分析,结果表明:幕墙受荷膜面最大应力与荷载值基本呈线性变化关系;跨度为2m的ETFE幕墙的可用高度可以达到100m。
ETFE is an alternative to glass for building envelope systems. The new building material has a low density and a high light transmission. It does not self ignite and behaves well in self-cleaning. According to the support structures, ETFE foil curtain wall can been divided into two types: frame supported and point supported. Five types of ETFE foil frame curtain wall were selected as the analytic models. The results of form finding analysis and stress analysis show that the maximum stress of the membrane has a linear relation with the load, the height that the ETFE foil curtain wall can be used in a building reaches to 100 m when the span of ETFE cushion is 2 m.
