摘要
因厦门市富山转盘路口高架桥采用水平圆曲线、缓和曲线及直线组成的综合曲线钢箱梁制作,钢箱梁总体拼装工艺线型控制成为该桥质量控制的关键点和难点。介绍跨路口高架桥钢箱梁拼装线型放样工艺技术,经实践证明可靠实用,对同类型桥梁制作有指导意义。
Due to the production of the viaduct on Fushan Road turntable Xiamen, used combined curve by horizontal circular curve, transition curve and the straight line curve linear general assembly process control has become the key points of quality control of the bridge and difficulties. It mainly introduces the technology of steel box girder assembly lines lofting of viaduct cross intersection, which has been proved reliable and practical, and has the guiding significance to the same type bridge fabrication.
