摘要
青岛北客站站房屋盖钢结构通过10对复杂巨型钢骨与混凝土基础连接,巨型钢骨是基础与钢屋盖连接的唯一部位。复杂巨型钢骨结构异形,与上部屋盖结构对接口数量众多,而且与混凝土基础结构、预应力管道交叉施工,安装精度很难控制。主要从复杂巨型钢骨构件验收、锚栓预埋、吊装、焊接、测量等施工工序对巨型钢骨安装进行阐述,合理规划巨型钢骨安装过程中与土建钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑及预应力管道安装的穿插施工顺序,严格监控各个施工过程,保证巨型钢骨安装精度,为混凝土结构巨型钢骨埋件的安装提供宝贵的施工经验。

The installation of the complex giant steel reinforced is presented mainly from the construction process of the the complex giant steel component acceptance, anchor bolts embedded, lifting, welding, measuring and installation of a giant steel reinforced forth with the construction of reinforced banding process of rational planning giant steel erection, concrete pouring and prestressed interspersed construction order pipeline installation, close monitoring construction process to ensure the accuracy of the giant steel erection, and provide valuable experience in the construction for the installation of the giant steel reinforced concrete structure buried pieces.
