摘要
职称管理工作是中央银行人事管理工作的重要组成部分,肩负着开发、培养和使用专业人才的重要职责。中央银行体制改革的不断深化,对职称工作提出了很多新的要求和挑战。本文在深入基层调查研究的基础上,分析了现阶段基层央行职称管理实践中存在的难点和问题,提出了完善专业技术人才管理工作的几点措施。
Title management is an important part of personnel management in central banks, and it carries crucial responsibilities such as de-veloping, training and using professional personnel. The continuous deepening of system reform in central banks puts a lot of new demands and challenges to title management. Based on a research of grassroots level, the article analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the title man-agement practice of grassroots central bank branches, and proposes several measures upon the improvement of professional personnel management.
