某部官兵甲型H1N1流感疫苗接种后不良反应的观察及处理

Observation and treatment of adverse reactions of influenza A(H1N1) vaccine in a military unit

【目的】观察甲型H1N1流感病毒裂解疫苗的不良反应,为大面积接种提供科学依据。【方法】对某部基层官兵接种甲流疫苗460人,观察不良反应的发生率及其处理方法。【结果】460人接种甲流疫苗发生不良反应为28人次,发生不良反应率为6.08%,主要不良反应为注射部位局部疼痛、发热等,出现的不良反应经处理后均在1周内消失。肝肾功能检测结果均正常。【结论】在甲型H1N1暴发流行时,部队官兵在做好各项防控的同时,大规模接种甲流疫苗是安全的。

[Objective] To observe the cracking of influenza A（H1N1） virus vaccine adverse reactions, provide scientific basis for widespread vaccination. [Method] In spite of basic officers and soldiers H1N1 vaccine for 460 people, to observe the incidence of adverse reactions and their processing. [ Results] 460 H1N1 vaccine adverse reactions of 28 people, adverse reaction rate was 6.08%, the main adverse reactions such as local pain at the injection site, fever, liver and kidney functions are not abnormal test results, the adverse reactions after treatment were disappeared within 1 week. [Conclusion] When the H1N1 pandemic, troops for the prevention and control at the same time, large-scale inoculated with the A/H1N1 flu vaccine, is safe.
