武警部队院校干部三分三助健康管理模式的构建与应用

Construction and application of the Three-division Three-assistance health management model of cadres in PAPF academies

为提高院校干部保健能力和水平,通过军地合作、专家咨询、文献分析、试点研究、知情人物访谈等方法,对武警院校干部健康管理模式的构建与应用进行了探索。形成了"以院校干部人群为健康管理主体,武警健康管理信息系统为平台,健康管理三部曲为主线,融合群体和个体管理,自助、互助、医助相结合,分层、分组、分类划分管理人群"的"武警院校干部三分三助健康管理模式",在某院校试运行取得良好效果。该模式可操作性强、管理有效,参与者满意度高,值得其他部队和单位借鉴参考。

In order to improve the capability and level of healthcare in academies of People＇s Armed Police Forces （PAPF）, this paper tries to explore the health management mode] of cadres in PAPF academies by means of cooperation of military and civilian, expert consultation, document analysis, experiment research and acquaintance interview. Three-division Three-assistance health management model has been constructed and obtained good effect in universities. Heahh management model of cadres in PAPF academies is characterized by higher operation, effective management, great satisfaction and the value of reference.
