武警部队基层单位健康管理模式初探

Exploration of health management model in grassroots units of PAPF

根据武警部队特点,结合健康管理理论和前期工作探索,提出武警部队基层单位健康管理模式。其内容为"以健康档案为依据,以部队常见健康危险因素和疾病康复为主要内容,以全员群体管理为基础、干部个体管理为侧重,基层卫生机构与总队医院双向联动"。同时概述此模式下健康管理工作组织实施的主要环节和步骤以供参考。

Based on the theory and work experience, Health management model in grassroots units of People＇s Armed Police Forces （PAPF） was put forward, in this model, health record and health risk assessment were the foundation; the common health risk factors and disease rehabilitation were the main content; total-staff management was the base and cadres＇ individual management was the key work; the mutual-flow mechanism was deepened between the basic health organization and corps hospitals. Key links and procedure of the health management work were also outlined for reference.
