摘要
实验通过对20年生马尾松枝条进行IAA、IBA、GA3、BAP等激素处理,采用考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法,蒽酮法分别测定了不同浓度不同激素处理后针叶中的可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量变化。结果表明:不同的处理与对照组含量基本一致,蛋白质含量缓慢增长,11月中旬达到峰值,随后递减。而可溶性糖含量则缓慢增长到10月中下旬达到峰值后递减。
Branches of 20a Pinus massoniana were treated with IAA, IBA, GA3, BAP and other hor- mone, and soluble protein and soluble sugar contents were determined using Coomassie Brilliant Blue G--250 staining and anthrone. The results showed that contents with different treatment were at same level with the control group, consistent with protein content increasing slowly and reaching its peak in mid--November and then declining. The soluble sugar content was slowly increased to a peak in late October and then decreased.
