2013年山西省转型综改试验区建设全面铺开、深入推进。详细阐述了2013年山西省级科技部门在推进提高科技创新能力、建设山西科技创新城、建立健全企业研发费用投入机制和建立完善高水平省部会商机制4项转型综改重点任务的探索和实践过程,分析了所取得的成效及亮点。
In 2013 the construction of Shanxi＇s transformation and comprehensive matched reform experiment zone has been fully under way and deeply advanced. This paper expounds in detail the process of exploration and practice of Shanxi＇ s provincial scientific and technological management departments in promoting four key tasks in transformation and comprehensive matched reform such as improving scientific and technological innovation capacity, constructing Shanxi＇s scientific and technological innovation town, establishing and perfecting enterprise＇s R＆D input mechanism, and establishing and perfecting high-quality province-ministry consultation mechanism, and analyzes the obtained achievements and highlights.
