黑龙江省图书馆地方文献补藏办法研究

Study on the Methods for Filling the Collection Vacancy in the Collection of Local Literatures in Heilongjiang Library

地方文献的入藏是省级公共图书馆藏书建设中不可或缺的一部分,但要实现全部入藏存在一定难度。以黑龙江省图书馆为例,通过对地方文献书目数据库、地方人士著述书目数据库和版本图书馆书目数据库中地方文献的分析,提出了年鉴和方志、地方人士著述、多卷书和丛书的补藏方法,探讨了补藏的保障机制。

The collection of local literatures is an indispensable part of the collection construction of the provincial public library, however, it is difficult for realizing the complete collection. Taking Heilongjiang Library as an example, and through the analysis on the bibliographic database of local literatures, the bibliographic database of local public figures＇ writings and the bibliographic database of depository libraries, this paper puts forward some methods for filling the vacancy in the collection of the yearbook and local topography, local public figures＇ writings, and multi-volume books and series, and probes into the guarantee mechanism for filling the collection vacancy.
