摘要
以从化市图书馆的服务创新实践为例,探讨了基层公共图书馆服务创新的路径,指出在服务创新中意识创新是前提,内容和形式创新是关键,绩效评价是重点。
Taking Conghua Library' s practice of service innovation as an example, this paper researches the paths of service innovation of basic-level public library, and points out that in the service innovation, the consciousness innovation is the premise, the content and form innovation is the key, and the performance evaluation is the emphasis.
