With the rapid development of world economic integration,the research and practice of competitive intelligence can＇t only give priority to enterprise＇s competitive intelligence, and should be more focused on mining industry＇ s competitive intelligence. This paper probes into the impact of industry＇ s competitive intelligence on enterprise＇ s international competitiveness, and expounds the importance of industry＇s competitive intelligence to the government decision-making, analyzes the theoretical basis, system construction, system development and system structure of the construction of Hunan regional industrial competitive intelligence service platform, and lists some relevant application examples of the platform in industry＇s competitive intelligence service.
