How to train creative researchers in proteomics： our experience

在系统总结军事医学科学院在蛋白质组学学科创建、发展和创新人才培养体系建立的实践经验和应用成效的基础上,初步探讨了蛋白质组学科研教学培训的新体系和创新人才及团队培养的新模式,为推动我国蛋白质组学发展发挥了重要作用.

We here systematically summarize our practice and its e{{ectiveness in the creation and development of the discipline proteomics in Academy of Military Medical Sciences, and the estab- lishment of a system for identifying and training talented researchers in proteomics. The methods we used to train the researchers and to develop a vigorous team are discussed. These practices contributed much to the development of proteomics in China.
