Construction of database for clinical cases based on evidence-based medicine

摘要 结合循证医学的背景、概念、核心思想,论述国内临床病例数据库构建及应用的现状,分析数据库建设过程中遇到的数据统计、管理规范、科研运用等问题,并提出相应建议. Based on the background, conception and the core ideas of the evidence-based medi cine, the construction and application of domestic clinical cases database was discussed. Problems con eerning statistics, management and application in scientific research encountered in the database devel- opment were presented, and suggestions were proposed.
