内分泌核心期刊常见统计学方法应用不当分析 被引量：2

摘要 文章以2009-2011年内分泌专业4本核心期刊发表的部分论文为例,就论文中统计学应用不当加以举例分析,并与国外进行比较.指出论文中统计学方法应用不当主要包括没有列出统计分析软件或具体检验方法、错用表达集中趋势的指标、方差分析及t检验应用不当、卡方检验应用不当及logistic回归应用不当等.指出应普及科研人员统计学知识、召开“临床医学科研设计、统计学分析及医学论文写作”学术会议、加强对编辑人员的培训及加强与统计学专家的合作.
