摘要
本文选用L_9(3)~4正交表,在三种培养基中研究了不同浓度无机离子对平菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,培养基中添加K_2SO_4(0.2g/1),MgCl_2和KH_2PO_4(1.0～1.5g/1)能明显增加平菇菌丝体的产量。
In this paper, the effects of inorganicion on the growth of pleurotus mycelium were studied in three kinds of medium by using L_9(3)~4 table. The results showed that the yields of pleurotus mycelium were increased apparently by adding K_2SO_4 (0.2g/1), KH_2PO_4 MgCl_2(1.0～1.5g/1),
