复合抗原ESAT-6/CFP-10/Rv0315在活动性肺结核辅助诊断中的价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的:评价结核分枝杆菌复合抗原ESAT-6/CFP-10/Rv0315在活动性肺结核诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取初治肺结核病患者70例和健康体检者34例作为结核组和健康对照组,分离PBMCs,分别用复合抗原ESAT-6/CFP-10/Rv0315、ESAT-6肽段库和CFP-10肽段库作为抗原进行ELISPOT实验,检测斑点形成细胞数。结果:复合抗原ESAT-6/CFP-10/Rv0315、ESAT-6肽段库和CFP-10肽段库检测结核分枝杆菌感染的阳性率依次为85.7%(60/70)、77.1%(54/70)、72.9%(51/70),特异性依次为82.4%(28/34)、85.3%(29/34)、88.2%(30/34)。结论:复合抗原ESAT-6/CFP-10/Rv0315作为抗原建立的ELISPOT检测方法在活动性肺结核的辅助诊断中有较高的应用价值。 Aim:To evaluate the application value of multiple antigens ESAT-6/CFP-10/Rv0315 in the detection of active pulmonary tuberculosis .Methods:A total of 70 patients with initial pulmonary tuberculosis and 34 healthy persons were enrolled as tuberculosis group and control group .PBMCs isolated from two groups were co-cultured with ESAT-6/CFP-10/Rv0315 , ESAT-6 and CFP-10 antigens .SFCs were enumerated by ELISPOT .Results: The sensitivity of ESAT-6/CFP-10/Rv0315, ESAT6 and CFP-10 antigens by ELISPOT was 85.7%(60/70), 77.1%(54/70), and 72.9%(51/70), respectively.Specificity was 82.4%(28/34), 85.3%(29/34), and 88.2%(30/34), respectively.Conclusion:Multiple antigens ESAT-6/CFP-10/Rv0315 showed certain value for auxiliary diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis .
