护理干预在难治性产后出血介入治疗中的应用效果评价

Effect of nursing intervention on intractable postpartum hemorrhage

目的:观察难治性产后出血介入治疗中应用护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2009年1月至2012年12月在我院接受介入治疗的难治性产后出血患者100例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组均为50例患者。实验组患者在护理过程中采用针对性的护理干预措施,而对照组患者仅仅采用常规的护理措施。比较两组患者围手术期的各项重要指标。结果:实验组患者所需手术时间、术中止血所需时间、住院时间都要显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。在治愈率的比较上,实验组也要显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显的严重不良反应发生。结论:难治性产后出血介入治疗中应用护理干预的临床效果显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objectives： To observe the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention on intractable postpartum hemorrhage.Method： 100 patients receiving interventional treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage from 2009 to 2012 were chosen and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with targeted nursing intervention measures,while patients in the control group received routine nursing measures.The perioperative indicators were compared between the 2 groups.Results： The patients＇ operation time,intraoperative bleeding time and LOS of the experimental group were significantly shorter than that of patients in the control group （P ＜ 0.05） ; the cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.There were no apparent serious adverse reactions in the 2 groups.Conclusion： The interventional treatment shows significant clinical effect on the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage,which can be widely applied clinically.
