超声造影与常规超声诊断急性肾损伤的分析比较

摘要 肾损伤的诊断密切关系患者的病情发展及其预后,一旦疑有肾损伤,即应辅以必要的检查,迅速、准确确定损伤程度、范围、分类及有无合并伤等,为临床治疗方案的选择提供客观而准确依据。近十余年,超声造影(contrast—enhancedultrasonography,CEUS)技术的临床应用已取得广泛认可,进一步提高了超声在临床诊断上的价值,并有望在急诊医学中发挥重要作用。
