摘要
评价了国内管道地面标识标准,存在的问题主要是国内标准针对管道标识的设置位置、制作材料等要求不一致,甚至存在矛盾。介绍了API RP 1109-2010《液体石油管道设施标识推荐做法》,该标准技术先进性表现在给出了管道标识定义,管道标识类型多样化;规定了管道标识设置原则,以及确定管道标识埋设深度和埋设间距应该考虑的因素;规定了空中巡检牌的设置原则和设计样式等。最后提出了借鉴API RP 1109-2010先进理念,提升我国管道地面标识标准的技术水平的建议。
Domestic pipelines ground marking standards were assessed. The main problems were the difference and contradiction lying in setting position and manufacturing materials for pipeline markers. API RP 1109-2010 《Marking Liquid Petroleum Pipeline Facilities》was introduced. The technological advancement of API RP 1109 were the definition and the various types and the setting principle of pipeline markers, and the factors should be taken into account during determining the depth and spacing of pipeline markers, and the recommended practice and design style for air patrol marker. With the reference of API RP 1109-2010, it is useful to perfect China pipelines ground marking standards.
