摘要
全浸区是海洋石油平台腐蚀严重的部分,国内一般采用阴极保护[1]的方法对其加以保护;沙特阿拉伯KCROP项目两座平台的全浸区,采用阴极保护的同时施工煤焦油环氧油漆。文章着重介绍了煤焦油环氧油漆在施工过程中的质量控制,包括表面处理、油漆施工和油漆检验等。
Submerged zone of offshore oil platforms suffers serve corrosion, generally it＇ s protected In Saudi Arabia, coal tar epoxy mastic coating is also applied on the submerged zone of fforms at the same time. This paper mainly described the quality control of applying coal tar coating, including surface preparation, coating spraying, inspection and so on.
