摘要
以含氟高分子为疏水剂,通过喷雾法在纤维表面成膜,构建稳定的疏水性表面。通过改变光照时间,更换催化剂,调节疏水剂浓度,考察疏水化工艺的最佳条件。并通过接触角测量和动态挂湿试验(喷淋试验)评价表面疏水性能。结果表明:最佳反应条件为:紫外光照射时间10min,疏水剂浓度为0.2±0.05mL/cm2,添加乙酸催化剂能有效提高纤维表面的疏水化。疏水纤维表面抗湿性能良好,耐洗涤性能一般。
The hydrophobic film(fluorinated polymer)were prepard on fiber by means of spray method. Thetr reac- tion conditon such as the light exposing time, hydrophobic agent concentration and catalysts were studied to achieve the op- timal conditions. And then, their contact angles, dynamic hang wet and anti-washing property were measured, the optimum reaction conditions:UV irradiation time was 10min, hydrophobic agent concentration was 0. 2 ± 0. 05mL/cm^2 Acetic acid can effectively improved the hydrophobic fiber surface. The hydrophobic fiber surface had good moisture resistance and not so good anti-washing.
