摘要
为了提高高吸水树脂的防潮性能,延长其储存的时间。分别选用十二烷基、正辛基和乙烯基3种不同的硅烷偶联剂对高吸水树脂进行改性,并测定其吸湿率。实验结果表明:与未改性的树脂相比,改性树脂的吸湿率明显降低,最低达到30%,说明改性后防潮性能有所提高,其中以使用正辛基硅烷偶联剂改性后的树脂防潮性能提高最为明显,吸湿率平均下降12.775%。
For improving the moisture-proof of superabsorbent resin and extending its storage time, dodecyl silane coupling agent,octyl silane coupling agent and vinyl silane coupling agent were used to modified the resin, and then the moisture absorption rate of the resin was determined. The result showed that: compared to the unmodified resin, the mois- ture absorption rate of the modified resin was significantly lower, reach to 30%. The resin which modified by octyl silane coupling agent had the best performance, moisture absorption rate droped by an average of 12. 775 %.
