摘要
以有机硅单体生产中的副产物作为原料,制备了新型聚硅氧烷增塑剂,并利用红外吸收光谱和核磁共振对其结构进行了表征。将此法制得的粘度为85MPa·s的新型聚硅氧烷作为增塑剂应用到单组份脱醇型室温硫化硅橡胶中。研究发现,添加了新型聚硅氧烷作为增塑剂的RTV硅橡胶产品符合GB16776-2005建筑用硅酮结构密封胶的要求。与市面同类产品比较,在拉伸强度和伸长率上都有所提高。
Addition of plasticizer in the silicone rubber could reduce its modulus, improved elongation, improve its usability and operability. The byproducts in the production of organic silicon monomer were used as raw materials to pre- pare a new type of silicone plasticizers. And the structure of the plasticizer was characterized by IR and NMR. The plastici- zer prepared by this method with the viscosity of 85MPa · s was applied to dealcoholized one-component RTV silicone rub- ber. The results showed that the silicone rubber added the new plasticizer(No. NKPOS-1)complied with GB16776-2005 structural silicone sealant requirements, which showed improved elongation and tensile strength compared with the similar products in the market. The plasticizer using this method had a certain market prospects.
