摘要
为了探索团队时间心智模型这一重要的团队时间认知方式及其内部互动对团队绩效的影响,首先检验团队时间心智模型及其子模型对团队绩效的作用,在一定程度上打开了团队时间心智模型的内部黑箱和团队时间心智模型一团队绩效闻关系的过程黑箱;其次,考察团队时间心智模型各子模型间的交互作用及其对团队绩效的影响;最后,探究时间压力在团队时间心智模型和团队绩效间关系中的调节作用。基于102个团队的371份问卷的调查数据一定程度上支持了本文的假设。
This paper explores the influences of the temporal team mental model as an important way of team temporal cogni- tion and its internal interaction on team performance. First of all, it tests the temporal team mental model's and its sub- models' effect on team performance ,which open the black boxes of temporal team mental model in process to some extent. Then the interactive effects of the sub-models of temporal team mental model and their influences on team performance are tested. Lastly, the author explores the moderating effects of temporal pressure in the relationship between temporal team men- tal model and its sub-models with team performance. The data from 371 questionnaires of 102 teams supports the hypothesis to certain.
