零售商需求合作供应链动态模型及鲁棒H∞控制

Supply Chain Dynamic Model Based on Retailers Demand Collaboration and Its Robust H∞ Control

摘要 以多个分销商和多个零售商组成的二级供应链网络为研究对象,在考虑零售商需求合作的情况下,建立了该供应网络的动态模型,同时分析系统在不确定性扰动下的牛鞭效应问题。运用H∞鲁棒控制方法来弱化供应链牛鞭效应的影响,并采用线性矩阵不等式(LMI)方法来获取H∞鲁棒控制策略。最后,结合相关算例验证了H∞鲁棒控制策略在改善供应网络动态性方面的可行性和有效性。对比分析表明,零售商需求合作及H∞鲁棒控制能够有效抑制牛鞭效应、改善系统的动态性,并为供应网络提供较优的库存控制策略。 Taking a two - level supply network that consists of many distributors and many retailers as research object, a dy- namic model of this supply network is set up by considering retailers demand collaboration. Meanwhile, the system's bullwhip effect problem is analyzed under uncertain disturbance. The robust H ∞ control method is applied to weaken the bullwhip effect and the H zo robust control strategy is obtained by using linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, the feasibility and ef- fectiveness of H ∞ robust control strategy at improving dynamic performance of supply network is verified by relevant exam- ple. Comparative analysis indicates that, bullwhip effect can be weakened and system's dynamic performance can be im- proved effectively by taking retailers demand collaboration and robust H ∞ control method, and a better inventory control strategy can be provided for supply network.
