摘要
当前"学分银行"机制建设已成为许多学者关注的热点,但大部分研究侧重于对"学分银行"机制的经验借鉴式的描述和实践性的探索,局限于"学分银行"的本体范围内。本文在以往学者研究的基础上,尝试借用经济学领域的研究成果,从机制设计理论的视野进行"学分银行"机制研究,分析其运行的可靠性和可行性,探索解决其面临的信息不对称、激励不相容、资源配置不充足、配置效率低下等一系列现实问题。
The mechanism construction of "credit bank" has become a hot topic of many scholars in recent years. Up to now, most researches in this domain only focus on the description of the mechanism and practical exploration of the "credit bank", which have limited the scope of "credit bank" within ontology. Based on previous researches, this paper attempts to introduce the Mechanism Design Theory, an important economictheory, to the credit bank mechanism research. In this paper, the author employthe theory to the study of "credit bank" mechanism to analysis the reliability and feasibility of the "credit bank", suggesting thatserious attentions should be paid to problems such as information asymmetry, incentive incompatibility, less of the allocation of resources, and low allocation efficiency on the "credit bank" mechanism construction.
