干热处理对蒙古莸种子萌发的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对蒙古莸种子进行不同温度和时间的干热处理。结果表明,60℃和75℃各时间段、85qC下4~12h以及95℃下4~8h的干热处理,对蒙古莸种子活力无明显影响;直至95℃处理12~24h开始,各发芽指标才逐渐开始下降,而经过105℃处理8h后,蒙古莸种子发芽事仍然保持在46.67%左右,说明蒙古莸种子在干燥的环境中具有极强的高温抵抗能力。 The seeds of C. mongolica were treated at different temperatures and various time, the results showed that the dry heat treatments below 95 ℃ did not obviously decrease the activities of the seeds. Germination indexes reduced gradually with 12 - 24 h treatments at 95 ℃ while the seeds germination rate still remained at 46.67% after 8 h treatment at 105 ℃. All the data indicated that the seeds of C. mongolica have special resistant ability to heat and drought environment stress.
