药用植物地桃花种子休眠与萌发特性的研究

摘要 为了探明地桃花种子的休眠类型及其解除方法,运用了冷层积(4℃)、赤霉素(GA3)溶液和KNO3溶液对种子进行了处理。结果表明,地桃花种子具有简单的浅生理休眠,冷层积和外源GA3(100 mg/L和500 mg/L)、KNO3(0.2%)溶液能有效地打破休眠;非休眠种子的适宜萌发温度是25℃。本研究为快速培育地桃花种苗提供了可利用的实用方法。 In order to elucidate the dormant type and found effective methods to break it, seeds of Urena lobata were suffered from cold stratification (4 ℃ ), GA3 and KNO3 solutions. It confirmed that seeds of U. lobata have simple physiological dormancy which could be broken by 40 - d cold stratification, soaking in GA3 ( 100 mg/L and 500 mg/L) and KNO3 (0.2%) solutions. In addition,the optimal temperature of germination was 25 ℃. Thus, the present study provided practical propagation from seeds with effective methods to break seed dormancy, which is valuable.
